Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

GridIQ (gridiq.world) is provided by Vitalii Ivashchenko, an individual operating in Ukraine ("we", "us").

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as Merchant of Record. This means your purchase contract for the payment is with Paddle, Paddle issues the invoice and handles tax, and your contract for the service itself is with us. Paddle's own buyer terms, available at paddle.com, apply to the purchase in addition to these Terms.

2. What the service does

GridIQ analyses public Formula 1 and F1 Fantasy data and builds projections on top of it: expected points for drivers and teams, price movements, lineup options, race reviews, and comparisons against other players.

Every projection is probabilistic. These are estimates, not predictions: the actual outcome depends on race events no model knows in advance. We do not promise, and cannot promise, a win, a rank improvement, or any specific result.

GridIQ is not investment, financial, or betting advice, and is not intended for use in sports wagering.

3. No affiliation with Formula 1

GridIQ is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Formula One group of companies. F1, FORMULA 1, F1 FANTASY and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV, used here purely to describe the subject of the analysis.

4. Your account

Paid features require an account: an email address and a password. Authentication is handled by Supabase; your password is stored hashed on their side. We never see or store it.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. An account is for one person — it may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

You must be at least 16 to register. The service is not aimed at children.

5. Linking your F1 Fantasy account

You may link GridIQ to your F1 Fantasy account to see your own lineup and results. We deliberately never ask for or accept your F1 Fantasy password — submitting one is rejected at the code level. We receive only a session token and an identifier, and we store both encrypted.

Linking is read-only by default. The separate "Apply in F1 Fantasy" feature changes your in-game lineup — it runs only on your explicit action and never automatically. Verifying the resulting lineup in the game itself remains your responsibility.

By using linking you confirm that doing so does not breach your own agreement with the operator of the F1 Fantasy game.

6. Paid plans

Three paid options are available:

• Race Pack — a one-off purchase of access for individual race weekends. Not a subscription and does not renew. A credit is spent when you open a paid feature during a given weekend.
• Season Pass Pro — a subscription unlocking the lineup optimizer, price forecast, and race review.
• Season Pass Plus — a subscription that additionally unlocks live scoring and extended rival analytics.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings via the Paddle subscription portal — access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may change prices. A change never affects a period already paid for, and we announce new subscription pricing by email in advance.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of payment on the terms set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• extract the service’s content automatically (scraping, parsing, bulk API requests) without our written permission;
• resell, sublicense, or publish our projections and calculations as your own;
• circumvent paid-plan limits, including sharing access with other people;
• attempt to disrupt the service, reach other users’ data, or access our infrastructure.

The service’s content — text, interface, models, and computed output — belongs to us. Buying a plan gives you a personal right to use the service; it does not transfer any rights in that content.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: maintenance windows, provider outages, and gaps in upstream Formula 1 data can all interrupt it.

We actively develop the product and may change, add, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you on any basis is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, for your results in the F1 Fantasy game, or for decisions you make based on the service’s projections.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law applicable to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or close access for a material breach of the "Acceptable use" section. If we end your access without a breach on your part, we refund the unused paid period.

12. Governing law and changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. We announce material changes by email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Last updated: 2026-07-28.
