Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-07-28
The short version: 14 days to get your money back, no questions asked. Email support@gridiq.world and we refund to your original payment method.
1. 14 days, no questions asked
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment. You do not need to give a reason or justify the request.
This covers your first purchase of any plan: Season Pass Pro, Season Pass Plus, and Race Pack.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@gridiq.world from the address your account is registered to, quoting the purchase date or the order number from your Paddle receipt. We reply within three business days.
Paddle issues the refund as Merchant of Record. Money goes back to the payment method you used; how quickly it lands depends on your bank and typically takes three to ten business days.
You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your purchase receipt or at paddle.net. Paddle may additionally grant a refund at its own discretion.
3. How Race Pack works
A Race Pack is a bundle of access credits for individual race weekends. An unused pack is refunded in full within 14 days.
If some credits have already been spent, we refund pro rata for the remainder. For example: 1 credit used out of a 5-weekend pack means we refund the value of 4.
4. Subscriptions after the first days
After 14 days you can cancel a subscription at any time — future charges stop and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund: the current paid period is not refunded.
The exception is technical failure: if the service was down, or a paid feature was unavailable through our fault, for a significant part of a paid period, contact us and we refund that time regardless of when you bought.
You can cancel yourself under Settings → Manage subscription.
5. What happens after a refund
After a refund, paid access ends: the subscription is deactivated and any remaining Race Pack credits are forfeited. Your account and the free features stay available.
6. Abuse
We reserve the right to decline a refund where there are clear signs of abuse — for example a repeated buy–use-during-a-race-weekend–refund cycle, or refund requests across multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
